HOW TO ORDER
There are a number of ways to place an order with Psyche.co.uk Ltd, online and by post (send cheque). Should you need any assistance with either please see below.
ORDERING GOODS ONLINE
Ordering goods online with us couldn't be simpler or safer, the steps below explain how the order process works and the relevant information you will need. As you will see below we accept most major credit cards via our secure server software (see Security/Privacy below for further information). You can also receive our seasonal mail-order updates free of charge.
STEP 1 : Choosing items. We have made this navigation process as easy as possible; all you have to do is click on the desired type of goods you prefer, ie. Menswear, Womenswear, Childrenswear or Homewares. Once you are on the page of your desired item simply chose the relevant colour & size you would like and this automatically adds that respective selection to your basket. You are free to complete your order then or continue navigating through any of the other selections adding them to your order until you are finished.
STEP 2 : Checkout. Once you are happy with the contents of your order click "View Basket". At this point all information is sent through a secure connection.
STEP 3 : We accept payment via credit card only. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and JCB. The name and billing address given must be the same as that registered with your card supplier.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
When placing an order you MUST use the address of where your credit card is registered - if you do not use this address when placing an order the results will come back not matched & subsequently your order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY UK
All orders placed will be sent out within 2-3 days of us recieveing your order. All orders are sent out using Parcelforce Worldwide but Psyche.co.uk Limited cannot guarantee that it will get there in the specified timescale if there is a problem with the courier. We do not deliver on weekends unless a customer specifically requests this. If this is the case, then there will be a £16.00 postage charge (as charged by Parcelforce Worldwide). Orders for special event days such as Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day, Christmas etc, need to be placed up to 3 days prior to the required delivery date. E.g. For an order for Valentines Day on Saturday 14th February, the 'Next Day' delivery will only be processed if the order was placed before 2pm on Tuesday February 11th, to be received on Friday February 13th.
Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday at least. All deliveries require a signature to secure their delivery, if there is no one at the address supplied at the time of delivery, another delivery will be attempted on the next working day. If there is no-one at the address after the second delivery attempt then your item(s) will be sent to the nearest Post Office where it is YOUR responsibility to collect. If you do not collect your items within 5 working days then your item(s) will then be sent back to Psyche.co.uk Limited where you will have to pay for re-delivery.
We endeavour to process orders as soon as possible and the majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 3-5 days. If for any reason your delivery will be later than the delivery date stated we will notify you immediately to arrange a later delivery date and the option to cancel the order. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, civil commotion, legislation.
We do NOT deliver to work addresses or any other alternative address - we deliver to the registered billing address ONLY!
The United Kingdom includes The UK mainland , NOT the Highlands & Islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Parcelforce and couriers do apply different charges. Therefore we have a standard delivery charge of £4.99 for mainland UK up to the value of £99.99, £2.50 up to the value of £199.99 & all orders placed over the value of £200, in the UK Mainland, will be delivered FREE of charge.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL
Please note that we do not deliver outside of the UK Mainland any longer.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your credit card information is encrypted which means that ONLY the receiver of the information (i.e. Psyche.co.uk Ltd.) can read this information. To do this we use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption technology (when in use you will see the padlock at the bottom of the browser) which is the recognised standard for secure transactions.We have the Internationally renowned WorldPay Secure Server certificate which ensures the strongest encryption currently available used by all reputable e-commerce stores.
Please note that general email correspondence is not encrypted and is, therefore, not considered a secure means of sending credit card details.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Psyche.co.uk Ltd. The only information we collect about you is as given when you register or order. This information is used to compile a database for mailing our newsletter and any special offers or promotions to our customers. It is our policy not to sell or pass any of this information to any other organisations. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
COMPLAINTS
If you should have a complaint you can either email, phone or fax. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve any such complaint within 7 working days. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a complaint within 7 working days we will inform you of this.
